Paella and Tapas night at Whinos Bar & Kitchen

Had a wonderful time cooking the real Valencian paella (瓦倫西亞飯, actually made with chicken and pork, not seafood!) and tapas for a private event at the great Whinos Bar & Kitchen in Taipei. Food came along with an authentic paella cooking show... can't get any more Spanish than this! (click on the photos for more pics)
