Our most popular cold soup is gazpacho, a refreshing blend of tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar and other vegetables, but there are others...
Today I bring you ajoblanco, a very special soup from Andalucia, South of Spain. Its name comes from its color, white, and has four main ingredients: almonds, bread, garlic and olive oil. Have it with pieces of grapes and apple for a fantastic combination of flavours. It's creamy, it's refreshing, and it tastes delicious!
